Service Description

Happily is a happy hour discovery and community reporting service. Users can browse restaurants and happy hours, search and use maps, save places, manually report happy hours, confirm, correct, provide proof, submit duplicate reports, comment where available, and build community trust history.

Happy hour information may come from users, restaurants, imports, public sources, Apple Maps place candidates, or Happily review workflows. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable at a restaurant.

Eligibility And Acceptable Use

Happily is intended for adults of legal drinking age. You are responsible for following all applicable laws and using Happily safely.

Do not misuse Happily, interfere with the service, scrape or abuse APIs, evade moderation, impersonate another person or restaurant, access another user's account, or submit content you do not have the right to share.

User Content And Reports

Happy hour reports, corrections, confirmations, proof, comments, profile content, restaurant claim materials, and other submissions are user-generated content or restaurant-provided content.

You must not submit false, misleading, infringing, harmful, privacy-invasive, illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexual, pornographic, violent, spammy, commercial-abuse, or otherwise objectionable content.

Do not intentionally submit false happy hour reports, fake proof, misleading schedules, fake restaurant information, or reports intended to harm a restaurant or another person.

Moderation And Enforcement

Happily may screen, reject, hide, remove, restore, correct, or moderate content and may suspend, disable, or remove accounts to protect users, restaurants, and service integrity.

Users can report objectionable content from supported in-app surfaces. Users can block abusive authors where the app can identify the contributor. If a report or block control is not available for a surface, use the support route at the end of these Terms.

Happily may retain moderation reports and related records after account deletion when needed for safety, legal, fraud-prevention, or service-integrity reasons.

Accuracy And Restaurant Availability

Happily does not guarantee that happy hour listings are accurate, current, complete, or that a restaurant will honor a listed happy hour.

Restaurants may change schedules, prices, menus, eligibility rules, holidays, availability, age requirements, seating, or terms without notice. Check with the restaurant before relying on a listing.

Apple Maps and MapKit candidates are search and place previews. They are not Happily-verified restaurants or offers unless later submitted, reviewed, and shown with a supported Happily verification state.

Trust, Verification, And Happily+

Happily trust badges, scout status, community credibility, report credibility, restaurant verification, and admin status are earned or assigned through community and operational workflows. They are not bought.

Happily+ does not buy trust, verification, scout rank, scout status, restaurant verification, admin tools, report credibility, better moderation treatment, or a stronger vote in community trust history.

Proof photos, AI assistance, imports, and Apple Maps place previews do not by themselves verify a restaurant or report.

Subscriptions And Payments

Happily+ is an optional auto-renewable subscription for planning and convenience upgrades. Core happy hour discovery, browsing, basic search, basic map, manual reporting, confirming, correcting, proof, duplicate reporting, and trust-building remain free.

Monthly Happily+ is $4.99/month. Yearly Happily+ is $39.99/year. Prices, taxes, and availability are shown by Apple before purchase and may vary only as Apple displays them in the App Store purchase sheet.

Digital subscription purchases for Happily+ use Apple In-App Purchase only. Happily does not provide an external payment path for Happily+ digital features.

Account Deletion, Privacy, And Support

Account deletion details are available at https://happily-backend-3fir.onrender.com/legal/account-deletion. Account deletion does not automatically cancel Apple subscriptions; you must manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

EULA And Related Terms
