Keep Reports Useful And Truthful

Submit happy hour details you believe are accurate. Add proof when you can, confirm deals you have checked, correct outdated information, and report duplicates when you see them.

Do not intentionally submit false happy hour reports, fake proof, misleading prices, misleading schedules, fake restaurant information, or reports intended to harm a restaurant or another person.

No Objectionable Content

Do not submit offensive, abusive, harassing, pornographic, sexual, violent, illegal, hateful, threatening, privacy-invasive, doxxing, impersonating, rights-infringing, or otherwise objectionable content.

Do not post spam, commercial abuse, scams, malware, repeated promotional material, or content unrelated to Happily's happy hour and restaurant features.

Respect Privacy And Rights

Do not post another person's personal data, private contact information, private photos, financial information, identity documents, or location-sensitive information without permission.

Only upload photos, proof, screenshots, notes, restaurant media, or other content that you have the right to share.

Reporting And Blocking

Use in-app report controls on supported happy hour reports, proof, comments, restaurant media, restaurant profiles, user profiles, or other supported surfaces when something needs review.

You can block abusive authors where Happily can identify the contributor. If a block or report control is not available for the surface, contact support instead.

Moderation Actions

Happily may reject, hide, remove, restore, correct, or review content and may suspend, disable, or remove accounts that violate these guidelines.

Happily may prioritize safety, abuse, privacy, impersonation, and objectionable-content reports and may retain moderation records when needed for service integrity, legal, safety, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Responsible Use

Happily is for adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly and follow all applicable laws.

Happily is not an emergency, safety, or law-enforcement reporting service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact local emergency services.
