Apple Standard EULA

Happily uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for the app license unless a custom EULA is later provided in App Store Connect.

Happily Service Terms

The Apple Standard EULA covers the licensed app. Happily's service rules are covered separately by the Happily Terms, Privacy Policy, Subscription Terms, and Community Guidelines.

No Custom EULA Replacement

This backend page does not replace Apple's Standard EULA unless Happily is configured with a custom EULA in App Store Connect in the future.

If a custom EULA is later configured, this page should be updated before submission to App Review.
