These terms describe the Happily+ auto-renewable subscription options, pricing, renewal rules, entitlement checks, and support links.

Subscription Title And Products

Subscription title: Happily+.

Yearly product ID: com.oasisgroupny.happily.plus.yearly.

Monthly price: $4.99/month.

Yearly price: $39.99/year.

Duration: monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions.

Availability: United States only. Intro offer: none. Family Sharing: off.

What Happily+ Includes

Happily+ may include planning and convenience upgrades such as wider map discovery, custom time windows, future-date planning, advanced saved-place alerts, higher Smart Parse quota, planning tools, and other subscription-only convenience features as available.

Happily+ features require a separate subscription purchase through Apple In-App Purchase.

What Remains Free

Core browsing, basic search, basic map, manual happy hour reporting, confirming, correcting, proof, duplicate reports, and trust-building remain free.

Happily+ does not buy trust, verification, scout rank, scout status, restaurant verification, admin tools, report credibility, better moderation treatment, or stronger community credibility.

Renewal And Cancellation

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Renewal is charged through Apple. You can manage or cancel Happily+ in your Apple Account subscription settings.

No introductory offer or free trial is currently configured.

Restore Purchases And Refunds

Restore Purchases is available in the Happily app.

Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

Entitlements

Happily's backend verifies subscription state using StoreKit and App Store Server data where available. The backend is the source of truth for Happily+ access.

Access may end on expiration, cancellation at period end, refund, revocation, billing failure, inability to verify entitlement, or other App Store subscription state changes.

Client-side purchase or restore signals do not grant Happily+ by themselves; entitlement is based on backend verification of Apple subscription data.
