App Review may contact the developer through App Store Connect contact channels and may use this support page to verify public legal, subscription, privacy, account deletion, and UGC support information.

Report Objectionable Content

Use in-app report controls on supported reports, proof, comments, restaurant media, restaurant profiles, user profiles, and other supported surfaces.

Safety, abuse, harassment, privacy, impersonation, and objectionable-content reports are reviewed through Happily's moderation process. Happily may remove content, disable accounts, or take other steps to protect users and service integrity.

If a report control is not available for a surface, use this support page as the fallback route for abuse, privacy, or content concerns.

Account Deletion And Privacy Requests

Signed-in consumer users can delete their account from Settings in the app. Account deletion revokes active sessions, removes private/personal rows where supported, and scrubs profile identity from the retained user record.

Subscription Help

Happily+ subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple In-App Purchase.

To manage or cancel Happily+, open your Apple Account subscription settings. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Restore Purchases is available in the app. Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
